Fortunately, a friend had access to a decent bandsaw, and was able to take care of the trim work. At the moment, the problem is that I messed up the measurement in one particular part of the shape, at the front where it meets the frame. I think I can still recover from it though. As I'm in Dallas this week it'll probably have to wait for the coming weekend.
