					<description>I hit it with a decent new jigsaw blade, and it cut ok, but it was taking a *long* time ... less than an inch per minute as I recall.  Fortunately, a friend had access to a decent bandsaw, and was able to take care of the trim work.

At the moment, the problem is that I messed up the measurement in one particular part of the shape, at the front where it meets the frame.  I think I can still recover from it though. As I'm in Dallas this week it'll probably have to wait for the coming weekend.</description>

					<description>Actually  for 1/8 stock a good jigsaw with some good blades should be able to clean up what you've got, then dress it up with a grinder.</description>
